The Notice Board prominently displays a variety of notices to ensure widespread distribution and to give students in particular access to the information they need. Students can also get E-notices by visiting the college website (https://www.fatimadegreecollege.in/). Students can file complaints or grievances, whether academic or non-academic, in the Grievance Box, which is situated on the ground floor in administrative block. Through the website, the college also makes it possible to file complaints online. Reporting any instances of sexual harassment or ragging appropriate authority is advised. Additionally, students who identify as SC, ST, PH, or Minority are encouraged to report any instances of physical or psychological harassment they may have encountered. Well-established systems including the Grievance Cell, Equal Opportunity Cell, Anti-Ragging Cell, and Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committee are functional. Every complaint is given due consideration, and appropriate actions against offenders are enforced in compliance with the laws and guidelines.
